Shipping policy

At GFTHR, every order is prepared with intention and care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your pieces.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: during product drops, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (South Africa): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

GFTHR ships worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. GFTHR is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost, contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the courier to assist you.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Items marked as pre-order or part of limited drops will ship according to the timeline stated on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available.
