Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Items must be in their original condition with tags attached
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrectly shipped

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as GFTHR is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
